Return & Refund Policy – Green Catalyst LLP
Green Catalyst LLP primarily provides professional consulting, advisory, training, and sustainability-related services. Due to the customized and intellectual nature of these services, the following policy applies:
1. Consulting & Advisory Services
Payments made for consulting, advisory, assessment, reporting, strategy development, training, or professional services are generally non-refundable once the project, assignment, or engagement has commenced.
2. Cancellation Before Project Initiation
If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed engagement before commencement of work, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.
3. Training Programs & Workshops
For paid workshops, webinars, or training programs:
- Cancellation requests made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for partial refund.
- No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event date.
- Green Catalyst LLP reserves the right to reschedule training programs due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. Digital Deliverables & Reports
Once reports, assessments, presentations, templates, training materials, or other digital deliverables are shared, no refunds shall be applicable.
5. Service Quality Concerns
In case of concerns related to service quality or deliverables, clients are encouraged to contact us for resolution and corrective support.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method, subject to banking and processing timelines.
